Dear @0179LoopUP 

Really grateful for your prompt reply. I am going to call them now and seek help on this. I really hope some moderators here would be able to help in this regards, please, if you find the tracking number and cancel the delivery from DHL. @0179LoopUP I might need your help with cancelling in DHL as I haven’t done it earlier and hopefully it should work.

Hello @Helpneeded ,

we are seeing if we can still stop the package on our way. You have done well so far, by already going to the police and also sending in the documents to us concerning the contract. So please do not worry, there is nothing that you need to blame yourself over. If we get any further information, about the case than we’ll keep you informed here.

I just got to know in my O2 account that the order is shipped with a DHL tracking number. Can you please help me cancel it as I don’t see any option to cancel it. Please please

 @IchBinDerKerlDa , I have the zip code of the fraud address too!

It’s just that if any one time password or code goes to there fraud contact email or phonenumber.

There are several free password generators which help to get strong passwords quickly, this will definately help to make it more comfortable und easy.
