Hello o2 support and Community!
I have a good o2 contract with a unlimited max for 60 eur on my mobile phone number.
Why you canceled my contract? I wish to continue to use it on the same conditions.
Is this possible?
I see in the app and information in e-mail that you will disable my phone number at 31/01/2025 and this is dissapoint for me.
Also I need only unlimited data contracts, which is contract extention didn’t give me as “exclusive proposal for me”
