I will love to port my prepaid Sim card to another provider. Kindly help to release my Sim card. Thanks

Hello, have you registered for the app? If so, then take a look under manage sim card, where you can request porting to another provider.

If not, then you can also commission the assignment in the O2 chat, otherwise you have to wait until an o2 employee reports it here.
