I want to renew my plan but I cannot. I already topped up my balance. Please can you help me to update my plan?

thank you for contacting us with your query. Welcome to the o2 Community. Which tariff would you like to extend? Do you get an error message when you try? If you have sufficient credit on your card, it should work without any problems.

I am using the tariff Prepaid L. Next renewal of my plan at 7 of September but now my internet already finish and i want to renew the same plan now. Can you help me with it ?

our packages have a period of 28 days and can’t be renewed before the date of expiry. 

I’m sorry you will have to spend 1,99 EUR for the so called day-flat if you want to continue using the internet.
