I want to cancel the 5 euro protection plan I never asked for

I was signed up for this 5 euro protection option I never asked for, I was basically tricked into it. I request to cancel it.

I’m sorry to hear that this option was added without your consent - that’s definitely frustrating and shouldn’t happen. As I can see, schluej has already shared the correct answer and the right link with you. Were you able to cancel the option?

I was able to apply for cancelation but I did not get a confirmation it was canceled. Can you confirm this service is canceled for both of my numbers?

sorry for the late reply. I’m really sorry that you haven’t received a confirmation yet. I’ve checked your account, and the option has been canceled for both of your numbers. As the option has a 24-month term, it will automatically end at the end of that period.

I don’t understand. Is it canceled now or after 24 months? I want it canceled completely now, not after 24 months. I don’t want to pay for it for 24 months, I never agreed to pay for it.

When you signed the contract in the store, the 24-month online protection was already listed in the contract summary. That is how you signed these contracts—including “24-month online protection.”
It is not possible to deactivate the “online protection” early.

hello ​@o2_Maria no, I was not shown the protection plan and its cost in the store. I was tricked into signing up and paying for it. I would never voluntarily pay for this stupid so called “protection” service. It was included into my contract without my consent that’s why I request to cancel this part of my contract. This additional pay is pure scam!
