i want to cancel my o2 prepaid and recieve my money back

hello, i would like to cancel my prepaid o2 sim, i have 15 euro in it, i want to cancel the prepaid contract and pay for moving the number into another provider and recieve the rest of the money. i read i have to send a mail by post and that's really annoying i have to print in some library then sign and send it and that's annoying. can i simple do this online?

But we respect your wish. For the payment of your credit and the related deactivation of your prepaid SIM card please use this form
https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung/
On this form you can also indicate that you want to transfer your phone number to your new provider.
We are always happy to hear from you if you want to switch back to us.
