Hello  

i received a post like two month ago saying i will get my (sim card) extended for another two years with a(5€) discount automatically,but it’s been a while and i still didn’t get the extension.

can anyone do it for me?

I'd like to have a look for you. I can't find an offer to extend your contract by 24 months with a discount of 5 euros. How exactly were you informed about this?
Since 01.12.21, contracts are no longer automatically extended by 12 months, but only by one month and can therefore be cancelled monthly.
However, if you do not cancel your contract, you can receive a loyalty discount of 5 euros per month from 08.02.22 on. Is it that what you mean? You don't have to do anything else, this discount will be booked automatically when the previous 24-month contract term expires.
