I've requested a "Rufnummermitnahme". Please somebody here help me.


I've requested a "Rufnummermitnahme" from Vodafone to O2. +49******2324 was the old number at vodafone, and +49******1216 is the number i got from O2 which i dont want or need. My number at Vodafone is not active anymore. It's been a month, I still have a number at O2 which i dont want or need, and after many tries, and calls with O2, it has not happened yet. O2 staff only tell me to request another time, and they say this time it will work, it doesnt. Im losing my hopes. There's not much time left for the old number. It should not have to take a month and many calls and many false hopes for a simple job like this. Please somebody here help me.

Did you the request "zu sofort" or "nach Vertragsende"? 

When the Vodafone Contract is deactivated , "zu sofort" isn't possible. Please try it again with "nach Vertragsende"

Im pretty sure I have tried both, but I'm gonna try it now again with "nach Vetragsende" just in case. Thank you. I hope this gets solved.

I could take a look, as of now an order for the porting of your number "zu sofort" is active, could you already make a new one with "nach Vetragsende"?

Yes it has been canceled, and it's now inactive. I cannot use that number anymore.

Then wait for the porting department to process your request. You should receive a response by email no later than Wednesday, ideally with the transfer date. Please keep us updated.
