I've cancelled my account twice and I'm still being charged

I've moved abroad from Germany in February. Right after, I've notified O2 online and provided the required documents.
O2 cancelled my line, but not my wive's, which is under the same contract. I've sent a new request and provided the required papers again, but nothing happened and I'm still being charged.
I'd like to see it solved right away.

welcome to the o2 community. 🙂

The contract was cancelled on the 19th of march. Until this day the tariff will be charged afterwards. Depending on the individual billing period there will be a last invoice.

Thanks for clarifying, it does explain it. Although I was just billed again for 44.12 EUR for the period of March 28 to April 27. Is this correct?

yes, that’s correct. We still miss the payment of last month, so this is why the amount is charged again. Please transfer the outstanding amount by using our bank details:
