All shops are closed due to lock down so I ordered a SIM card online my address is correct and I have not received any card by post. It has been 13 days since I have ordered it. I received two days ago an email from O2 saying I have to activate the SIM card in 14 days or it will be canceled. Where is the SIM card? I’m new to Germany and I have business to do I need the SIM card as fast as possible. I also tried to contact support by chat it’s unavailable and by phone it doesn’t connect.
