This afternoon, I recharged my account with 15€ to buy Prepaid M kostet 7,49 €.
I had 0.11€ in my account, after charging ot became 5.12€. Where did my 9.99€ go? Can you please help?
After charging my Prepaid M package could not be activated due to insufficient credits and I have no other package actively available.

The Pack which cost 9,99 € may have been on hold and was automatically booked after it was topped up. I'd be happy to see if we can cancel the pack and maybe get you a refund.
So you want to get the preapid M for 7,49 €?
