I received an invoice for payment after the termination of the contract

25 days ago I informed you about the termination of the contract. But today, for some reason, I received a new invoice for payment

I am abroad and I can't call your technical support, I also haven't found an email to contact you

welcome to the o2 community. It's great that you've contacted us with your question. Have you received a confirmation of your cancellation? Which date and which billing period is stated on the bill? You will only be charged until the end of the contract period.
