Hi i clicked by mistake to pay my handy full last month its was by mistake they told me when you dont pay the full price its will be back for montlhy payment its was like this till this month i see there is a debit to pay the phone full price Kd-Nr.: 61XXXXX, Rg-Nr.:

12XXXXX, Ihr Ratenplan how i can cancel this

You can only cancel early repayment within 14 days of requesting it.

You shouldn't post personal details (e.g. customer number) in a public forum.

Yes i did it last month its back to normal plan but now they asking me to pay it full i cant pay it full i wanted monthly

Again: Don’t post personal details in a public forum! This is just asking for your data to be stolen and misused. You should delete the screenshot from your bank. I don’t see how this is proof of a system problem though.

Wait for a moderator here to look at your account and confirm what the current status is.

This was made in march when i talked with o2 team they said wait 14 days and its will be back normal its did but now in april i see there is a bill of 1135€

But the screenshot showed a payment of one instalment in April, which would suggest everything is fine. The bill is always for the full amount, what is important for the payments is the instalment plan.

A moderator will look into this for you.

Something you should have mentioned earlier. That is not a bill but a direct debit. 

Then it looks like the early payment was not reversed. Do you have confirmation from o2 that this was done? You would have recieved a letter or an email. If the direct debit has already been processed it is too late.

Eine Stornierung ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Beauftragung möglich, sofern der Restbetrag noch nicht gezahlt wurde. Nach der Stornierung wird der ursprüngliche Ratenzahlungsplan mit der bisherigen Zahlungsart wieder aufgenommen. Zum regulären Ende der Vertragslaufzeit (12 oder 24 Monate) wird der Vertrag automatisch beendet.

That doesn't sound so good. In the screenshot I see that the amount was supposed to be debited on 09.05., i.e. yesterday. Has this already happened?
You should have contacted your colleagues on the English hotline in the last few days to clarify your concerns as quickly as possible.
We cannot access your customer data here as your Community account is not linked to your customer data.
We are also unable to initiate a chargeback of the amount. If your bank account does not have sufficient funds, the amount will be reversed by your bank.

Please contact our hotline colleagues directly on Monday so that we can clarify what happens next.
