I'm still being billed after submit contract termination online form on 16.08.2024

Hi, I have submitted the online contract termination form on 16.08.2024. I am still being billed every month. I am poor and this has been really difficult for me. I hope you understand. I submitted another cancellation form today.

Please terminate all my contracts urgently. Can you also please refund the payments I made since 16.08.2024? It would be of great help to my financial situation.
