I had a very bad experience with o2. I ordered a o2 test sim card for a month. After one month there was a billed i paid it. It debit from my account it got cancelled. I paid then the bill from bank transfer. After that a late fee charge of 4 Euro every month. Even i paid in advance the bill its now more then a year. I m getting email of a bill. I called several times on customer service and o2. They told me you have no contract and no bill. But we donot know why you getting E-Mail of the bills. Is it a system failure. You already paid the bill. He dropped my call by saying i cannot helped you further. Call us other time. 

 

I mean why then you make a help line . if you cannot help someone. I wrote even letter by post. Now how can i get rid of getting E-Mail from o2. They debited each month from my bank account. And i cancelled it all the time. But then getting E-Mail for a new bill.

 

I m Waiting for the a proper conversation. Its really bad experience to order a sim.

Unfortunately, there was a chargeback when the fees for using the test card were debited. A fee of EUR 4.00 is automatically due for a return direct debit. Since this was then debited again and there was another chargeback, this was repeated again over several months. I'm sorry this wasn't made clear.

Our employees have now credited you with the fee and ordered a refund. I hope this clarified your issue.

Thanks for replying me at least on my query. I really not sure if my problem has been solved or not. Because i get every time a E-Mal of Gutschrift ( Refund ). But after next month i get again a bill. The problem is i do not use this Bank anymore for Debit. That is the reason of returning direct debit. Anyway i send the late surcharge fee many times from other Bank account of mine. But still i got it. As you mentioned this was repeated again and again. Now everything is made clear. Do you have my Bank account which allows you to order a refund. I hope you have it. It was a huge problem since last year till now. 

 

I hope this issue has been resolved now. But i still do not get any confirmation via E-Mail on this matter. If my problem is solved, then i will  click on the resolve issue. As per now i m not even sure. Since July 2023 its January 2024. Hoping for the best

Hello @maazuman ,

when the balance of your account is 0, there won’t be any further attempts for a debit and as such the bills itself will also stop at that point.

@o2_Giulia @o2_Sven  Im very exhausted and now its too much. Again you deducted the money. Why i need to know why you attempt again and again the 4 Euro. I m really pissed off now. There is no reason since last June 2023 im suffering i call several times to o2. The issue is not clarified yet @o2_Giulia i m looking a person who can please contact me and take out me from this problem. I called they told me they will not charged me again and again. It really make me sad and very much disappointed

the issue has not been clarified yet. Your service support Center do not even replied me back. I told them several thousand times by call and E-Mail. I do not used that bank any more. They are keep sending me the empty forms of bank changes details. Which i already send them many times by filling the form. I told them please give me confirmation of changing the bank details but no reply. Again then you charge me 4 Euro because of Rückgabegebühr (Return fee ) which will then never end story for me. The free test sim card me nothing but for you its worth now. Probably i m thinking to have a Rechtsschutz Anwalt. No reply back to E-Mail , no respond of the letter which i send through DHL post. Pathetic and ignoring behavior of o2
