I lost my phone. is it possible?

Hi community, a few weeks ago I lost my phone that I had bought from O2 with a 2 year contract. I would like to know if I can get a new one and extend my contract to 4 years but pay the same month to month for the equipment.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You can of course get another smartphone through a myHandy contract, but it can of course have different conditions, you’d have to check yourself what fits for you depending on the model that you want.

Sven, I would like to know if I can purcharse the same phone and extend my contract but I wanna pay the same invoince that I pay every month.

Hi @Nelotutu thanks for your request.
Extending an o2 my handy tariff plan is not possible. But you have the option to sign a further contract.
