i lost my phone and sim card

Dear Team, I lost my phone and sim card yesterday around 11am in Zurich. 

Can you kindly lock my sim card and replace it with a new one. I tried to lock it online, but no luck.

Kindly lock the sim card asap.

That you lost your phone is of course not nice. In your customer data I see that you have already blocked the sim card and also already activated a new sim card. 
Great that you have turned to a store in this case. 
This is the fastest way to get your phone back if you lose it.
