I have received two letters with SIM cards, but I have only one plan active, which letter is for my active plan?

On November 11th I ordered two plans with smartphone, but I've canceled one of them. Today I received two letters, with two SIM cards each. I think of them is for the plan I canceled. How can I know which SIM I should activate?

Also, I want to confirm that the plan I requested to be canceled has actually been canceled.
