I have ordered a wrong item. I ordered Airpods 2 Gen instead of Airpods 3 Gen. could you please change it on your end? Please help me.

You can cancel it whithin 14 days with an e-mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de. 


I already sent an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de. But they said they can not cancel the order. How come they cannot do it on their end?😞

Did you sent the "Widerruf" with all your personal Data and the number of order (Auftragsnummer)? 


The customer service did not ask this info. But since you mentioned it, I just sent them an email again, just now. 


I have sent them an email multiple times, but they are ignoring my email😣

As Bollermann has already written, all contract data are of course necessary for a revocation. But as I read it, this should answer your question conclusively. Can you confirm that?
