i have closed my O2 contract but still receive bills


Hello. I’ve moved from Germany 01 February and sent all needed information to close the contract before that (about two weeks before). I have closed my bank account as well but I still get bill from O2 on my email. 
when I sent a request to support services about that, they didn’t respond back.

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

The bills can only be finished after a billing cycle, and when your bank account was closed around the date of the cancellation of your contract, the last bill was still due and when your bill was still to be debited, this could not happen.

You can transfer the outstanding amount to: 

Hypo Vereinsbank AG
IBAN: DE 16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53
BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX
