I get an error when I enter my payment details for Homespot M online


Hello

I am trying to subscribe for the "O2 my Home M Young People" but for some reason whenever I enter all my details, I get this Error at the "Payment data" page saying this: "The data you entered does not match the data you have stored with us. Please correct your data."

 I really do not know why this is happening because I am a new customer so there should be no way for the system to know that anything is wrong except if i enter information in the wrong format, I really hope that I can get an answer here, as I called customer service and they couldn't tell me what's wrong. I never had a problem with my payment methods before and my bank definitely has more than enough money

welcome to our English Community. I regret that you had some technical issues to order our HomeSpot-contract. 

Did you manage to order it meanwhile?

And did you already get the sim-card and the o2 HomeSpot-router for your HomeSpot-contract?

Hello, I have managed to filling the online forums and conclude the contract. However, it has been a week and I have not yet received my O2 Sim Card, I have only received the order confirmation via email. I tried to check the order status so far under this link https://www.o2online.de/vt-order-status/bestellstatus and it just says in “Auslieferung”. I was told that the delivery would be in 2-3 days, not a week by some representatives in one of the O2 stores. 

Is there anyway you can give me an update on why the delivery is taking this long and potentially make the process faster? I really need the Sim Card as soon as possible. 

The order should be under the same email address as my account.

It can take up to 5 working-days until you receive the sim-card and the o2 HomeSpot. Did you get any further e-mails about the delivery?

Hi Tobias all good now. I just received the sim-card after I called customer support again
