I dont recive the product.


Hello, sorry i write in english but i dont know german.

I have order iphone 13 pro max last week and i see on dhl track the packet its already give, but i dont take any packet and no one of my friends,neighbor dont take it.

And i was buying that phone on funding.

What can i do ?

If the parcel was delivered, then you will have had proof or something similar in your letterbox where it was delivered. Check again! Is there any information there?
However, if you are sure that the device did not reach you, then you must request an investigation from the post office.

I dont have anything in letter box and i was at post office and they dont have my packet.

I also looked for neighbors and nothing

You can find out exactly where a parcel was delivered or dropped off by checking DHL's shipment tracking system.
All you have to do is enter the relevant consignment number at DHL at this address: https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html
There you will also find the information about where the parcel ended up. It's best to take a look there!

This is currently a major problem at DHL, such cases are increasing exponentially. In these cases, you as the sender should submit an inquiry request to DHL. Once DHL claims that the package has been delivered, the recipient has no chance to get anything from DHL. See also 

I myself also have problems with such a case at the moment.

Hi @RusMihai the colleagues send a letter the last days to you. I am not sure if this is in english.
It is necessary to fil out the form and send it back to the colleagues. You need to confirm that you haven´t receive the order.
If the letter hasn´t arrived it should until the end of this week.
