I couldn't pay Direct Debit

Hello.

Due to issues with my bank account direct debit failed today for my prepaid number.

Can someone instruct me how should i proceed in this case?

Inside O2 APP shows that my prepaid plan is fine until 23 April 2026 but I didnt pay for this billing period.

 

Appreciate any help

Hello ​@ramibaj,

you can top up your prepaid account by transferring the outstanding amount for example. 

Please first send a text message from your prepaid card with the keyword Überweisung (transfer) or Bank to the short code 56656.

The bank details and payment reference will be sent to you immediately via text message.

Transfer the amount to the specified bank account. Please include the payment reference (your phone number and a four-digit PIN).

The amount will then be credited to your prepaid card, and you will receive a text message confirming the successful credit transfer. 

Other possibilities are for example vouchers that you can buy in many shops, or Express top-up via Alphacomm: https://prepaid-aufladung.o2online.de/
