I cannot access internet while I am travelling internationally

Hello :)


I am currently travelling and I am outside of EU for the next 2 months. 
I own an O2 Germany prepaid tariff. I cannot access mobile internet and I am unable to find any international roaming tariffs on the myO2 app.

I have not had any access to mobile internet for the past week and I am completely reliant on Wifi access. I would request some help with this.

My data roaming setting is turned on. APN reads internet. 

Any help with my situation would be appreciated.

Do you have a prepaid pack which contains international roaming? If yes, please compare the APN-settings (prepaid) from our website.

I do not have an international roaming tariff for my prepaid sim. Can you please help me find them?

 

The APN setting switched on my internet consumption. Thank you for that. 🙂

Hi @Ritwick,

sure. 😊 Basically you can choose any of our prepaid-tariffs for roaming in europe. If you’re not calling to EU countries outside europe prices vary.

Do you want to call from germany to other countries or travel to another country and use you tariff there?
