I can't order a new eSim from the portal


I accidentally removed my eSim card from my Iphone while reseting it. Now when i want to get a new QR-code for my number from the portal, i can’t because the service always gives me a web error “to try again later”.

Any advice?

That is bad that you are now without a SIM - could you already contact our English Speaking customer service as Bumer suggested?
