Due to current situation all branches are closedThen I ordered prepared Sim card online.However I have a temporary German identity card. With that identity card I cannot activate my Sim card from post office or video call. My husband also had Sim card which ordered online however he activated his Sim card from the branch unfortunately due to current situation all the branches are close hence I cannot activate my Sim card so what is the possibilities which I can activate my Sim card without any hassle without going to post office or video call I was trying to call customer service WhatsApp chat didn’t work anything they always said go to post office.

post office is the correct answer. They are not closed and you can use the post ident process there :)

Unfortunately I have Green colour paper ausweise. That is not accepting from post office. Only branch possible. That's why I seeking customer service help. They didn't helped even
