Hello. Please help, I ordered a SIM card from you by mail and now I can’t activate it online. When entering a phone number, it says that such a number was not found, what should I do?

I am having a same issue, please resolve and I have tried all mentioned steps above.

There are currently problems with prepaid activations. Waiting for an o2 employee.

we had some issues in the last few days but everything has been fine again since Friday. You should now be able to activate your SIM card.

How long have you been trying and it's not working? Maybe it will work if you try it later. At which step exactly do you get the error message?
