I want to stop the auto renewal of mobile data pack in the o2 app.

I don't want the data package of 1 gb. You are detecting 3.99 euros for 1gb automatically from my bank account.

 

Please stop auto renewal of 3.99 euros for the 1gb data immediately.

the package will be finished to May 21st. Please note you will have to stop the SEPA Mandat in your Meino2 App yourself.

After ending the package you should stop the data service otherwise you will be charged with 2 EUR each day for the dayflat. It’s a security feature.

As mentioned earlier, already i have unsubscribed the data from account in mein o2 app.

The data package is not available/visible in my account. Also I can't use the mobile data now and i will not be using mobile data from O2 in the future.

I kindly request you to not to detect the 3.99 euros from my bank account.

Already the 3.99 euros is detected , please arrange for refund of the 3.99 euros to bank account.

This amount will be useful for me in the future to recharge.

Already i have unsubscribed the data package for my sim card in my account. but the O2 has automatically detected 3.99 euros from my bank account.

I created a message and informed them about his to O2, still they have detected money from my bank account. this is cheating the customers.

I have received a reply one time. after wards they are not replying to my message.

So I created another message and requesting for the refund of 3.99 Euros to my bank account.

No, there is no booked options in the account.

But the data package was displayed in the overview of my account. i have unsubscribed it. now there is no data for me. this i have done before the end of the data package of the last period. 

 

But still they detected money from my bank account. i feel shame on this. Now i have asked for the refund of the amount. but now response from them.

now i have to delete the bank account details from the account and block the o2 in my bank account.

This is not solution to the customer.

Please refund my amount back to my bank account. because the data package is available and i am not able to use the data package.

already i have informed and also i have unsubscribed the data package from account.

Please provide the solution to the customer.
