How to pay my monthly bill

Hey first off I have a prepaid monthly plan in Germany. They shut my phone off without telling me so I payed for a top up and shortly after my phone was shut off again

Id like a refund for the top off I paid for and id also like to know how to pay my monthly bill

Hello @EddingtonA,

As you are using a prepaid tariff, you need to top up your credit in advance. The amount of your chosen tariff is debited every four weeks. If you do not have enough credit on your prepaid account, the chosen tariff will no longer be active. You can top up your prepaid account with codes from retailers or by SEPA bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.

Ok that makes sense. So what happened to the 20 euro top off I bought and loaded then disappeared?

welcome to our community.
After a flat has expired, a new one must be booked after the credit has been topped up. I therefore suspect that the loaded credit was used up by connections when no flat was active. Have you looked online in My o2 in the itemized bill?
