How to open o2 bill pdf

Hallo,

I have downloaded the bill from the website and once I open it asks for password to open the pdf document. I don't know what the password is?

    Hello @ceo1025,

    it can happen with Adobe, that a password is requested, but we do not have a password for this, the request is based on program settings.

    With another PDF viewer it should be possible, as schluej suggested. Have you tried this already?
