How to obtain second SIM card for contract

I have a contract subscription (as far as I remember Unlimited Smart).

I’d like to have second sim card to install it in my iPad. I could install one I have, but from time to time I need to have voice calls and, that is more important, SMS.

How to get one more SIM or eSIM in this case?

With your plan the costs are 10,00 EUR per month and a one-time activation fee of 39,99 EUR.
