Hello,
This concerns my wife's account. She lost her sim and ordered a new one using the MyO2 app. Unfortunately she has not received the sim and has also been logged out of her MyO2 account due to too many attempts made at access. There is no way of getting any meaningful support since she cannot access O2 support services without MyO2 access, and no update on the replacement sim either.
What can be the resolution to this? It has been very stressful without a phone.
