how to directly chat with humans and skip AI bot

Service chats are blocked by Aura which keeps asking me to login. I logged in, it didn't work. I also opened a new chat after lo went in, it did n't work.  Is there any method where I can skip aura and directly chat with human?

    Have you been able to reach someone in our live chat in the meantime? It should be as Bumer described. You just need a little patience 😊

    I am also having some issues reaching chat support always redirect me to a telephone number to an english support.
