How to connect my prepaid number to my DSL contract in the app, so I can see both services in one login?

I want to be able to see the details of my prepaid number and of my internet subscription with one login.

This is not possible, prepaid must always be registered separately.

Thank you for your response. Although this seems unnecessarily complicated to me, as long as you are confirmed by ID and have the same e-mail address linked to the 2 products, it would make sense to have them together. 

I have another question. When I ordered the prepaid, I asked to port my old number. Is there any way to see the state of the porting request, or I should wait and see if it happens?

Hello @Youarenotworthy , 

your both contracts are on different systems, so one login for both contracts are not possible, like Sächsin said. 

For example when you have two postpaid mobile tariffs, they can both be seen in one login, when the contracts are one the same costumer number.

A porting can take about 10 days. You will get a confirmation via SMS when the porting was successfull. 

Did you start the porting of the number via Mein o2?

Your former provider has released your number?
