How to check bills online?

by logging into the o2 app with your phone number as your username. If necessary, you will need to register your phone number once.

I logged into the app using my email ID and password. I have no clue why under "mein O2" no option for bills or anything is showing.

As written, log in using your phone number as your username.

If you don't see any contract details, invoices, etc., you're probably not logged in with a contract.

To log in, you first need to register your phone number and set a password.

You can register your number either in the o2 customer portal (Mein o2) in your browser or directly in the Mein o2 app.
