Hello,

I just made a tarif change which is still in change progress which i would like to cancel. What should I do to cancel ita/ and keep my existingg tarif and contract?

You can revoke this within 14 days. Eg by email to "widerruf@cc.o2online.de". See cancellation policy attached to the order confirmation.
