how to cancel my o2 postpaid and change the number to another provider

Hallo,

 

My current o2 Free M contract will be finished at the end of next month. May I know how to cancel my contract? and is it possible for me to bring the number to another provider when my contract ended next month.

Zum nächstmöglichen Kündigungszeitpunkt = Next possible cancel Date.

If you have a 24 Month contract and you would to cancel at the first possible cancel day than choos this option. After the 24 Month your cancel time is one Month.

If you like to cancel the contract e.g. 3 month after the first possible day than choose the 2nd option Späteren Kündigungszeitpunkt wählen.

You can use online form to cancel your contract, the porting of the number is something that you’ll have to start with your new provider, they are responsible for porting your current phonenumber. If you have any further questions please let us know.

Thanks for the quick reply. 

If I want the contract to end at the the last day of my contract. Which option should i choose at the last section of the form?

I have a slight confusion at the last part of the online form. My contract will end on 27.09.2023 and I want it to stay that way, which option should I choose at the last part of the form.
