Hello! I’m moving away next month and I need to cancel my mobile contract (it’s a flex one). In my country there is a simple button on the website, but I cannot really understand how to do it here in O2 Germany. Could I get some help? I am unable to call the helpline in a few days so I need to now as soon as possible, thank you!
