The advantage of an online buy is the right to withdraw within 14 days (please read the link below).

In contrast, if you buy in a shop, you won’t have this right.

Therefore, I would prefer an online order. You have to read everything carefully and can compare prices without feeling pressured.

If you’re unsure about staying in Germany for 24 months, consider a flex contract. With a flex contract, you can cancel the contract monthly. In contrast, with a normal contract, you can only cancel after 24 months! After that, the contract will renew every month for another month.

no i mean if i shop offline will they have the phone on display and stock or not?

That is not a question anybody here can answer. It depends on the individual shop and what phones they currently have on display and in stock. You will have to ask in the shop.

The most shops are independent from O2, so U have to ask the shop if they have your phone in stock.

I would think the nothing phone is special.

If you prefer to buy your phone and tariff in a shop (our Shopfinder) it depends like bs0 wrote on the individual shop if the Nothing Phone 3 is available there. I cannot guarantee it, but I think that well visited shops in the city centre like at “Sögestraße” or “Obernstraße” have a most likely better chance to have it on stock.
