How is it possible to downgrade the tariff?


Hello!

I have 24 month tariff “O2 Free L Boost (LTE/5G)” started from 02.01.2023 with a notice period of 1 month.

How is it possible to downgrade the tariff?
I’ve read the article “How to extend your contract” but it is still not clear: can I downgrade earlier then after 12 months?

That depends a bit on what tariff you want to change to and there will almost certainly be a one-time fee associated with changing to a smaller contract.

You currently have a very high discount for your o2 free L Boost tariff, which is valid until 01.01.2025. 
Therefore, we do not yet have any offers here that have a higher discount and therefore reduce your monthly basic charges.

I do need a discount I need less traffic volume or something that can reduce my monthly charge from 34 € to circa 20 €. I believe it is feasible, as I can consider various offers.

I have looked here to see if there is a way to make the monthly price cheaper than your current one.
However, as your contract is still running for so long, we don't have any further discount options here.

We can't get any cheaper than your current monthly costs.

Yes my email address is still correct. I would like to have only 30 Gb Datenvolumen.

Meanwhile I’ve noticed that starting this month I have no more discount. Will it be the same further, no discount?

When I will be able to change the tariff again after I switch now to another one?

I checked, your last discount expired after 24 months, on 01.01.2025. How long the discount was valid was also stated in all previous invoices.
If you switch now, you can change to a higher tariff after one month, but not to a lower tariff.
I have sent you an offer for the tariff
o2 Mobile M (2024) by email.

The offer is now valid for 8 days. If you like it, you can accept it via the link in the email.
In accordance with the Transparency Ordinance, I would like to draw your attention to our “Product Information Sheet”.
There you will find all product details listed again (without discounts).

No, if you accept my offer, the contract will be extended by 24 months and can only be terminated at the end of this 24-month term.

If you want a contract that can be terminated monthly, you don't need to do anything else.
Your contract is already a Flex tariff and can therefore be terminated monthly.
You can cancel your contract at any time via the following link:
