How do I get a DHL tracking number?

I ordered a sim card in guest mode and received the order number WSFC49******, but it is not a tracking number. I registered this account just now, but also can't get to the order status page.

    welcome to the o2 community. 💙 When you order a contract from us, the SIM card is sent by normal post and cannot be tracked. Have you received the SIM card in the meantime?🙂
