How can recheck whether my topup has been active correctly

How can I check that my topup is activated properly or not. Since I did the topup since 7th May but now the balance as almost 0euro.

๊Yes I tried but it doesn’t make sense since I just did the topup early of May but now my balance is nearly 0euro left.

Hello ​@paniddapiri,
has a pack been booked since the top-up which was waiting for credit top-up? If so, a booking can be made automatically after the payment has been received. Have you already checked this?
