I have ordered my phone on 27.11.2019 using website online buying for 24 months payment without 02 sim. I have picked the order on 30.11.2019.Now i want to return that phone then how to get my return slip and send the mobile phone back and get my payment back.As i was asked to contact 202 but it’s says before contacting them you should have your security answer but i am not sure where to find and setup that answer.Thanks in advance.

As you see, you need the return slip in order to return your device within the withdrawal period of 14 days.
