How can I retreive my puk code without access to Mein O2

Hi

My phone was turned off because the battery was drained. I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times ( now I have remebered). I need to restore it but I lost my PUK code and have no access to my Mein o2 account. Could you please help me?

    first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found your way to us. :-)

     

    I can see that you changed some informations in your onlineportal on March 17th, so  you have access to your onlineportal? There you can find your PUK.
