I am trying to figure out my current tariff for mobile sim connection. My last bill is for 14.99 but in the meine 02 app I also see another amount 29.99 . The average amount over the year is give as 20. How can I figure out what my current plan is and it's duration?

your current contract has a base fee of 29,99€, that’s probably what you saw in the mein o2 App, from that you get 15€ deducted each month from a discount that you have, which is why you paid 14,99€ on your current bill. I’m not really sure where the “average” 20€ is coming from , since unless you are generating extra costs this is how your contract is going to continue to run unless you actively do anything.

Thank you for the clarification. I am also not sure where the average comes from since I have not incurred any extra costs till day. How can I figure out till when this current plan lasts? I don't see a termination date or contract validity period.

on the second page of your bill you should see the parts of your contract which are accounted, like basic fee “Grundgebühr” plus any possible extras but also connection fees “Verbindungen & Services” adding up and then possible discounts “vergünstigungen” subtracted:
On the third page there can be a list with payments via your mobile bill “Zahlen per Handyrechnung” which would be outside of your contract fees.
