Hotspot auto-block

Hi, I hope i may get clear answer from here. It is my first time to experience today that I cannot connect other devices. I usually use everyday my O2 sim as hotspot for my printer, other phone and laptop. Is it possible that O2 automatically blocked this feature? I pay 29,99 per month for unlimited internet so I don't see any problem about it because I routinely hotspot device since I got this sim. Or is there an error for today? Enlighten me please. Thanks!

If you are blocked internally on your own network, the error cannot be with o2. External access via the mobile network is not possible, which is intentional and achieved through CG/NAT. It is possible that hotspot settings have changed due to updates, etc.
