homespot very slow

hello,

i bought a home spot with unlimited plan in november and since i bought it the speed is very low ( less than 5 mb for download ) . Sibe november only three times i got spped around 10 mb which is also very slow.

until january i got message that there was a maintenance in my area, now i get message saying that one base station near is with problems. It can be serious that in Hamburg it takes 5 months to get internet working in a very expensive service.

my plz is 22083. Can somebody from o2 check it?
