HomeSpot super slow since 3 days ago

Hello, 

I have been using my HomeSpot since September with no problems, watching movies in 4K and playing videogames. Speed was always top at any time.

Since 3 days ago, I noticed connection was very slow, even Google would take forever to load or sometimes simply not load at all. Also videos on YouTube are not loading at all or getting very low res. 

Working from home is almost impossible now, with video conference freezing during meetings and voice distortions.

From a max of up to 50Mbit/s to barely 1.5Mbit/s, it seems I am even failing to get the minimum average. I understand it is not possible to have top speed at all times, but I can’t accept this is a normal download speed because it is simply non functional for today’s internet use.

With a little luck works should be finished on friday the 17th. or at least saturday.

Yesterday I contacted o2 Support and they told me same thing.
