Homespot sim card not service

Hello, 

I was searching for an English topic for my issue  but unfortunately  couldn't find it.

My problem :

I bought an homespot and did all the instructions according to the instructions for setup

Unfortunately, the SIM card in the device is always in no service mode

Of course the SIM card is active and the signal is good in our area

Have you managed to connect the Homespot to the network?
