Hi, I have some issues with my bank account. I realised that O2 can't take their money,after my service was stopped yesterday morning. Yesterday at 16:09 I paid my bill at O2 shop. After 19 min it will be 24 hours and I still don't have service. How long it takes to the system to register a payment ( in about what time range my service will be functional)?

Hello
unlocking your contract takes up to 48 hours from the moment that we receive the payment. As such we can only ask you to please wait a bit longer.
